On Friday, July 25, we held the “Shinko Shoji Family Day” event at our Nagoya Branch Office. The event aimed to deepen employees' families' understanding of our company and promote interaction among participants. Approximately 30 people, including employees, attended the event.
The event featured product demonstrations and displays, a day-in-the-life of a trading company professional, a Kobe Steel Trading quiz contest, an online meeting experience, a tour of the branch office, and for children, a festival-style fair and a chance to exchange business cards with the president. The event was well-received, with participants commenting, “I'm glad I participated.” and “I'd like to come again.”
Going forward, we will continue to implement various initiatives to enhance engagement, create a workplace where everyone can thrive by leveraging their unique strengths, and strive to realize the company philosophy of “happiness for all.”
