The Diversity Promotion Project is working every day to promote diverse work styles and create a workplace where every employee can thrive. Following the success of two care seminars held last year, we held the “3rd Care Seminar: Dementia Edition” online on June 10, 2025.
This time, the speaker talked about dementia, explaining its types, symptoms, how to respond, and prevention methods.Additionally, knowledge about balancing work and caregiving was shared. Through this seminar, participants deepened their understanding of dementia and learned practical strategies for daily life, including specific response methods and preventive measures. We are confident that this knowledge will be highly beneficial in future daily life.
Our company will continue to advance diversity initiatives, respect diversity, and work toward creating a workplace where all employees can fully utilize their individuality, striving to realize the corporate philosophy of “happiness for all.”
