The Diversity Promotion Project is working every day to create a workplace that respects diversity and where all people can play an active role. As part of this, we held an online seminar on March 14th, 2025, entitled “Nursing Care Seminar - Nursing Care Facilities”.
This second seminar focused on nursing care facilities, which was the topic that generated the most interest in the survey we conducted after the first seminar, “Nursing Care Seminar - Basics”, which was held online in December last year. The lecturer explained the types and characteristics of facilities, how to find and choose a facility, and the costs of facilities and hospitals. In addition, the lecturer answered questions from employees that had been submitted after the previous seminar, making it a very meaningful time.
We will continue to work on promoting diversity, accepting diversity, and creating a workplace where we can make the most of everyone’s personality, aiming to achieve “happiness for everyone,” which is also stated in our corporate philosophy.
