The Machinery Unit exhibited at SURTECH 2026 (Surface Technology and Components Exhibition), held at Tokyo Big Sight from January 28 to 30. At the exhibition, we showcased high-efficiency power supplies (rectifiers manufactured by Jiangxi Liyuan Haina Technology Co., Ltd.) designed for the copper foil and surface treatment industries, as well as other sectors, and introduced technologies and solutions that contribute to energy conservation and CO₂ reduction. At the venue, we engaged with visitors from various fields, including our existing clients, to discuss the applications of this equipment—which features high-efficiency conversion technology—and to exchange views on our customers’ challenges. This proved to be a meaningful opportunity that will lead to future business development.

The Industrial Machinery Division 3 of our group company, Matsubo Co., Ltd., exhibited at “InterAqua 2026,” held at Tokyo Big Sight from Wednesday, January 28 to Friday, January 30, 2026. The company showcased water treatment equipment, focusing on PFAS separation and concentration units developed by EPOC Enviro of Australia. At the exhibition, regarding PFAS (water treatment) countermeasures—an environmental issue viewed with growing concern in recent years—the company introduced equipment utilizing a PFAS foam separation method that requires no consumables and enables sustainable operation, attracting many visitors.
We will continue to strive for the widespread adoption of this technology in Japan while pursuing new technologies that contribute to reducing environmental impact.
