The Functional Materials Group of the Aluminum & Copper Unit, Functional Materials & Raw Materials Division, exhibited at “SEMICON Japan 2025,” held at Tokyo Big Sight from Wednesday, December 17, to Friday, December 19. In addition to showcasing machined products for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, the group introduced its new domestic facility, “Shinsho Precision.” At the exhibition, we showcased advanced materials from our Chinese facility as well as from domestic and Chinese manufacturers, facilitating extensive technical exchanges. At our new domestic facility, in addition to precision machining of aluminum chambers, we have newly introduced a system for horizontal recycling of scrap generated during the manufacturing process, aiming to reduce our environmental impact.

We will continue to balance technological innovation with environmental responsibility across all areas to promote sustainable manufacturing.
