The Diversity Promotion Project works daily to create a workplace that respects diversity and enables everyone to thrive. As part of these efforts, we held an online “Care Seminar: Long-Term Care Insurance Edition” on October 9, 2025.
This fourth seminar in the series focused on long-term care insurance. The instructor explained care insurance premiums and the system, the process for utilizing care services, and the costs and types of care facilities and services. The session also featured a comprehensive summary of the seminar content using concrete examples and answered questions from employees, making it a highly valuable experience.
