On October 6, 2025, the Diversity Promotion Project and Human Resources Department jointly hosted an exchange and networking event at our Osaka headquarters, welcoming staff from overseas subsidiaries. The primary objective was to invigorate global communication within our group. (Staff from China, Malaysia, and the Philippines participated). The exchange meeting, themed “Diversity: Understanding Each Other Beyond Nationality and Position,” fostered deeper connections through discussions that transcended the boundaries between overseas subsidiary staff and Japanese employees. The social gathering was highly successful, strengthening the bonds within our group.
We will continue to actively promote Diversity Project activities and strive to create new value through domestic and international exchanges.
