On Thursday, September 11, 2025, we conducted first aid training at our Osaka headquarters, and on Wednesday, September 17, at our Tokyo headquarters.
At the Osaka headquarters, employees who obtained First Aid Instructor certification conducted the training. At the Tokyo headquarters, we invited an instructor from the Tokyo Disaster Prevention and Emergency Medical Association to provide instruction on CPR and AED use. The classroom session deepened understanding of the basic flow of CPR and AED usage procedures. The practical session involved hands-on exercises using manikins, allowing participants to experience the necessary responses in an emergency. Participants provided feedback such as, “Learning by actually moving my body deepened my understanding,” and “I gained confidence that I can respond calmly even in an emergency.” It was a highly meaningful session.
We will continue to create an environment where every employee can work with peace of mind and maintain similar initiatives going forward.
