On Friday, September 5th, we held the “Shinsho Mini Forum” at our Tokyo headquarters. At this mini forum, we also introduced the technical and product posters presented by our welding unit, Matsubo Corporation at the “Techno Forum 7/9” hosted by Kobe Steel, Ltd. in July of this year.
The Welding Unit, Machinery Unit, and Matsubo introduced their initiatives for acquiring customers through their respective technologies and products, which were very interesting to hear. Furthermore, the information exchange session among sales representatives held within this forum was a valuable opportunity that will lead to enhanced collaboration and proposal capabilities going forward.
We will continue to actively share business activities and product knowledge internally while striving to create customer value. We will also work towards realizing “happiness for everyone,” as stated in our corporate philosophy.
