Our company provides a wide range of training programs for all employees. On May 28, we invited Mr. Masayasu Iba from “Rasisa Lab Co., Ltd.” to conduct a training session on sales fundamentals for new sales representatives with up to three years of experience and area-limited general staff with up to two years of experience after a job transition. The session focused on developing skills to enhance negotiation abilities. In November, we plan to hold an advanced sales training session (proposal-based sales).
Going forward, we will continue to implement diverse initiatives to create an environment where all employees can grow, striving to realize our corporate philosophy of “happiness for everyone.”
