In July, we held two roundtable discussions with participants in the 2023 overseas training program, both in person and via Teams.
First, the participants talked about the content of their training in the host country and their daily lives during the period of their overseas assignment, and then we exchanged opinions about the future of the overseas training program.
We will continue to work to improve our corporate value by reviewing the content of our human resources development training as needed so that our employees can continue to play an active role globally.
