In April 2020, we adopted flextime and hourly PTO systems for every employee and began remote work in May 2021. These systems create work environments where employees can protect their health, apply themselves fully, and work effectively.
Supporting by flexible work styles
Here at Shinsho Corporation, we recognize that everyone works in their own way and that individuals can decide their work time and location to balance their work and lifestyle. The aim of this initiative is to ensure a positive work-life balance giving employees the flexibility to allocate their limited time between work and their private lives.
