A casual office dress code
Starting on 1 October 2020, Shinsho Corporation implemented a casual dress code for its offices. The aim of doing so is threefold.
1)Increase productivity:Clothing styles that don't inhibit movement foster innovative and creative thinking.
2)espect diversity (diversity of clothing):We create work environments that recognize individuals and allow for free and open communication.
3)Nurture independence:Our work environments create spaces where people can think for themselves and make decisions according to the needs of the situation.
Respecting diversity and creating an active organization.
We introduced Cool-biz in the 2000s and the 2019 dress code let employees choose whether to wear a suit to work and made ties optional while in the office. By giving our employees additional options for office attire, Shinsho Corporation is working to create a "New world, new era, and new value" by respecting diversity, creating an active organization, reducing formality, and increasing communication.
